One member of the MyFootballClub forum posters started a debate regarding the team stopping overnight before the big cup game against Burton Albion on the 23rd of Feb.

The next thing you know over £2,000 has been raised for the coach and hotel costs and the amount donated is still rising.

One question many people may be asking is 'This is something the club should pay for - shouldn't it?' My opinion is yes, the club should be paying for this - if they want the team to have the best chance of going all the way in the cup, then they should be paying for it.

Other people may say it has not be budgeted and running a football club is difficult enough without additional costs such as overnight stays.
